For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to understanding why people feel, think, and behave the way they do.
Not just out of curiosity—but out of a deep desire to help make sense of the things we all struggle with but rarely talk about.
I started studying psychology over two decades ago, and since that time, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people at their most vulnerable, most confused, and often most courageous.
My work is grounded in psychological science, shaped by years of clinical practice, and enriched by teaching and mentoring others in the field.
I believe psychology should be accessible, practical, and deeply relevant to everyday life.
That’s why I speak, write, and teach in ways that help people understand themselves—not just diagnose or advise.
Through my workshops and writing, I aim to translate complex psychological ideas into something clear, compassionate, and usable.
In my work with individuals, families and young adults, I invite reflection, build insight, and create space for meaningful change.
True change begins when people feel safe enough to be fully seen—not judged, not fixed, just met where they are.
And that’s what I try to offer.
